LOVELY staff - polite, genuinely caring, and very helpful. The One-Bedroom Suite was super clean and modern. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve experienced compared to other 5-star hotels I’ve stayed at. The bathroom design and quality were also very impressive. I’ll try to stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Shanghai, where possible.

Almost everything about the hotel was very good. Very Clean, Very well situated for people coming on business. A litte far form parts of the city but very convenient for airports and train stations.

Motheo

I traveled to visit the yarn fair at the National Exhibition Convention Centre, which was very close to the hotel. The quiet surroundings, good food, and kind staff made me feel very comfortable.

Lanka

Good Location very near to exhibition centre. for vegetarian people food is a problem. wish hotel starts some vegan food. To go out for food and come back it's expensive + time consuming.

Manish

The breakfast is very good, with a wide variety of food. Regarding the location, it’s convenient for those going to the National Exhibition and Convention Center.

LOVELY staff - polite, genuinely caring, and very helpful. The One-Bedroom Suite was super clean and modern. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve experienced compared to other 5-star hotels I’ve stayed at. The bathroom design and quality were also very impressive. I’ll try to stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Shanghai, where possible.
